Fan Club Concert June 12th
Well, as always, we had a great time at our quarterly fan club concert. We recognized all new members and April, May, and June Birthdays and had one really special birthday recognition. Bruce Miller's mother, Nellie, just turned 100 !!
The mayor and others were there to help celebrate this great occassion. We had good food and I was again blessed to be able to share my music with everyone. My fans are the greatest and really honor me with their love and support. I was also blessed beyond measure when one of my dearest friends from my youth and his wife, Luther and Waydean Slagle walked in the door. It was great to see them again. Its been about 10 years since I last saw them and the Lord has really laid them on my heart recently. Luther has really struggled with health issues this past year and I covet your prayers for him and his family. I appreciate the hard work by Billie, Patsy, Sue, Dalton and the others preparing the building, the decorations, and the food. They don't really get to enjoy the show because they are working in the backgroud. I really appreciate them. The next time you see them, tell them you appreciate all they do.
Ladies, thanks for all the hugs and kisses. Thanks for the love offering and CD purchases. Looking forward to the next time already.

Thyssenkrupp Elevator June 11th
Holy elevator shaft Batman!! What a great time we had at Thyssenkrupp Elevator as they honored two employees with 30 years of service. Nick Mebane and Linda McNamara were honored and it was a pleasure meeting them. Many of the attendees were from the Memphis area and were obvious Elvis fans. We had a blast as everyone joined in and danced, sang, and clapped to the music. Everyone feined shyness but most gave in and showed their wild side. Congratulations to Nick and Linda. Hope we meet again.

Bethany Baptist Church June 6th
Elvis visited Bethany Baptist Church and we had a great time of food, fellowship, and music. I sang mostly gospel with a few other favorites thrown in and enjoyed meeting some really nice people. Pauline and her helpers are a blessing to the seniors as they prepare and serve them as they have for years. God bless you all.

WOMENS NIGHT OUT JUNE 2ND
Elvis had a blast at The Hanging Gardens Event Center in Duncanville Wednesday night For a Womans Night Out. Beautiful ladies were everywhere and I really enjoyed meeting them and singing for them. It was a warm night but we had a good time anyway. The Ladies enjoyed a nice dinner and then a great fashion show. Thanks to all who made me feel so welcome. Certainly hope to see you again. Thanks for the Roses!!

WILMER HUTCHINS REUNION MAY 15TH
We held a Wilmer Hutchins High School Reunion at Purtis Creek State Park near Athens on May 15th. It was really good to see everyone though I didn't remember a lot of them as a lot of those I ran with were unable to attend. But it was great to see some heartwarming reunions and we really had a good time and I enjoyed singing a few songs for them. Several others blessed us with some great singing and we just had fun visiting and catching up. Look forward to next year. Thanks to Jerry Dodd and his wife for organizing the event.
